Wrong information for H1 Transfer

Hi Gurus,

At time of H1b transfer one of my friend edit degree certificates and marksheet and changed the years. His H1B transfer approved and no RFE came. Now he is planning to start GR process.

now he realized that he did fraud and instead of giving original date he gave wrong date and even modify scan copy of all education documents.

Now how he can solve this ????? what he need to do ???

Note: At time of H1B apply he submitted correct dates and original scan copy of all document.

Something you need to discuss with your Immigration Lawyer.

The first question that comes to my mind is why?
