Hello,

We were unaware of needing to do an AOS change of status until she went to get a state ID. We are a few months past the K-1 Visa date although were married within the 90 days. Did not know about Visa Journey until recently. Was never informed by immigration of the embassy that there was any further additional paper work to do.

At this point what needs to be done? Can someone help set out a step by step process of what we need to do to be finished with all the paperwork?
