Hi Moon_light,

I am talking about all the forms. Actually i was thinking to change the address and use my wife's address.

all the forms specifically ask the beneficiary address and petitioners address......so fill the address accordingly......

if ur living in NY put tht address as ur address.....bcoz putting the Maryland address as ur address would be giving wrong info.

The petitioner will write the address they currently live at on the I-130; the beneficiary will write the address they currently live at on the I-485. If these two addresses are not the same then you will be asked why at the interview.

With sufficient proof of a bona fide marriage then this red flag (living at separate addresses) can be overcome.
