Hi Vjers!

I'd like to ask if i will have any problem with my papers for k1. NOA2 was october. Supposed interview was november but was moved to january 2013 due to sputum exam. I was 23 years old then. Now I am 24. Will that be a problem during the interview? Because there are parts in the package that says i am 23 years old.

I doubt it. All it takes is for someone looking at your paperwork to notice you had a birthday since the time the petition was filed.

Thanks for the response :)
