So far, that's my impression of the USCIS employees.

If you call, you get a robot-like answer straight from a website that really doesn't answer your question. I just started the K-1 process in Nov and already have experienced two errors from USCIS.

I requested an expedited petition, I called them and explained my situation....I was given a referal number and target date. A couple days after the target date I did not hear anything so I called them again. Apparently an email was sent to me requesting additional info, when the email was read to me it was wrong....despite me entering it correctly on the 1145 and on all of my petition package paperwork. It's a simple email...for example, here's a very similiar email: Keith5@yahoo.com, they left out the 5.

Then they told me a paper copy was also sent. I never rec'd it so I figure they ###### that up too somehow.

These idiots that they hire make me want to drive to their office and flip some desks! But, you have to be nice on the phone because you know if you're a smartass they'll probably throw your ###### in the garbage just to spite you.

Rant over. I need another drink!
