Call to know when will oath taking be?

I've had my interview on Dec 14, and passed it.. But the IO said they will do a decision for my oath taking and i should expect a letter in a couple of weeks. I'm just wondering, Can i know what is my status of my application? aside from the Online status check? (which alot of people are having problems with due to it not changing sometimes) Is it possible to call the USCIS or the place where I took my interview? I need to go back to Philippines by january to tend for my sick grandmother.I live in Bakersfield, CA and the immigration office that took care of my application/interview is in Fresno,CA.. thank you in advance. And Have a Happy New Year.

The statues of your application is.N400 is approved.you will receive a letter for your oath ceremony.
