Married a US citizen, she divorced me after 4 years of marriage. Her family thought she could do better and forced her to go through with it.

Got my 10 year GC just before we got divorced. Sent off papers and evidence to file on my own, but USCIS sent it all back to me.

Paid all state and Fed taxes, never been in trouble, never been arrested.

I'm filing under the 5 year rule.

Now engaged to be married. We have a child too.

What did they send back? and what was the reason attached with your returned documents?

It would seem a little suspicious that you got divorced right after receiving your 10-year GC, yet it's not entirely proper grounds for N-400 denial.

Wife's I-130:

03/15/2019 NOA1 (Nebraska Service Center)

02/11/2020 Case transferred to Vermont Service Center

02/02/2021 NOA2 الحمد لله

02/04/2021 Approval email
02/12/2022 NVC documents submitted

I honestly can't remember why they sent it back. I believe it was due to the fact that i was already approved for the 10 GC. I filed on my own and even gave reason why i was filing.

You have nothing to worry. The conditional status on your GC was removed before you were divorced which is why USCIS sent back all the paperwork to you because there was nothing for them to intervene at that point as far as laws go. Just file for US Citizenship and don't worry about anything.
