ciudad juarez has my petition or what ?

hi everyonw well my question is that i called the NVC and they said my case was send to consulate in ciudad juarez .So i called juarez and they said they couldnt give me any information that i had to send them an email okayyyy so i did and they reponded " your case is at the department of state " whattttt ???????? where in US or Mexico juarez im confused i called NVC again and they said to send another email and i did they responded the same thing.What should i do ? oh by the way my lawyer said that they send my fiance a letter already with the following directions almost 2 weeks and a half and no mail yet ?????? i have my cdj number invoice and beneficiary whats wrong? im scared if they send it back to USCIS please any info would be greatly appreciated

Your fiance was sent a letter from whom, the NVC or Juarez? If it is the letter from Juarez with the links and directions to follow, then that is all you get from CDJ.
