I have MSC number and haven't been able to check my status all this time.... I did call USCIS once about a month ago and asked them my process status as well as reporting my case number error.

According to the average days stat on this website, I knew I was gonna receive my EAD soon. Today I just felt like trying the uscis website again and now my MSC number works!!! And I was able to see that my travel app was approved and mailed a few days ago!! It also said EAD card has been approved and I should be getting the notice in mail. Blue button was on "Decision" position.

Now, what I'm curious is that if RFE could still happen after being approved for both Travel doc and EAD card.

All my files were impeccable (I'd like to say) but you never know.

Did anyone get RFE after getting 2 approvals first?

Oh god, I'm gonna sleep really well now. :)

I don't think they would issue you a card if there was a problem. I think the only rfe you would have to worry about would be from aos.

Thank you for a quick response.

Yes I meant RFE for AOS application. I applied and filled out all 3 forms together. I assume they approved these 2 cards because no basic info (like biographical form / birth certificate / passport copy) was wrong or unacceptable. Correct?

Since these 2 were approved, unless there's something wrong with the AOS form I filled out, AOS process should go smooth from now w/o RFE, I'm guessing...

I left the country for K-1 and this's been too long... I'm getting very anxious and too worried when nothing even happened. I might be getting paranoid now... :S

It sounds like you are guessing and hoping. Hopefully you won't get any RFE. Of course, you will still have to contend with a possible AOS interview….

Happy trails on your immigration journey.
