Still awaiting my NOA2 but in the spirit of being positive and hoping for the best i would like to do my medical exam at this point so that i can be set when the time for my interview finally arrives. My questions are?

-Is it possible to do my medical exam now?

-What documents do i need?

I have read on several posts here that the US Consulate in Nairobi often transports the interviewees to the hospital of choice. How will this affect me. I would appreciate any feedback, especially from those who have gone through the US embassy in Nairobi.

It isn't possible to do the interview until AFTER NOA2. Just be patient :) You can view the items needed on your local embassy page, by clicking on flag below your name and that will bring you to where you can access the country specific information on what you will bring and procedures.

Wait until they will notify you to have your medical examination. After NOA2, they'll notify you that your application is approved and your case will be now send to NVC. After you completed all the documentations and payments at NVC that's the time they'll move your case at the US Embassy and they will be the one who will notify you when to have your medical.

You need a case number for the Medical Examination thus you have to wait for the e mail from US Embassy in Kenya that has it and instructions of where to go which is mostly MOI in Upper Hill.

Therefore its after NOA2.
