Just a quick question to relieve my travel worries:

my husband is an english citizen, currently carrying the 2-year conditional permanent resident card. we are going to england in a few weeks. for re-entry into the US, does he just need his passport and this card, or should we bring all the docs we have from applying for the k-1 fiance visa, through to his adjustment of status?

thank you!!!

Just his passport and card. He is a full permanent resident now...conditional makes it sound like he's iffy or not quite there. The conditions are just that he only got two years on the card, but he has every privilege a 10 year card holder has. He also gets to go through the resident/citizen line at the airport, rather than the visitor line upon return.
