Do we receive text message or mailed NOA2?

What have those that were approved received first, mailings or texts from VSC? We are nearing or actually over our time frame so I'm hoping to hear something this week.

Sort of like those adult diaper.... DEPENDS! It depends on how you set things up for being notified.

Text or emails will arrived before snail mail just the nature of electrons being faster than a speeding USPS truck.

We received a text telling us "You case EACxxxxxxxxxx is now updated. Check "My Case Status" at www.uscis.gov"

I think my laptop took 2 hours to boot up after I received that text(or at least it felt like it)!!!

No email ever arrived but the hard copy arived in the mail about a week later.

Thanks folks. I signed up for text and email. Just starting to ramp up as our 180 days at VSC are up. Anxious just a bit. Thanks again for the fast replies
