I am about to embark on a journey to Egypt to see my fiance (if it's still possible to travel there in a few weeks). I have a K-1 Petition already mailed, but it hasn't officially been processed yet. However, the VJ expected date for me to have it adjucated is before the end of the year. With that as a possibility, I'd like to be able to hand deliver all the necessary paperwork to my fiance when I arrive. What I know I will need to take includes: initial application in entirety, I-134 Affidavit of Support, more documentation to prove we are still communicating, and an updated Intent to Marry letter. Is there anything else that would be essential for me to take to him?

See the guide here, scroll down to "What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2)". Remember there are supporting documents that need to be submitted with the I-134 such as pay stubs, bank statements, letter from employer, tax transcripts for the last 3 years (I think?). See the I-134 instructions pdf on the USCIS site.

Maybe other Egypt members have something else to add?

Hope you have a safe trip!

Thanks for that link. I remember seeing that months ago when we started the process, but I had forgotten where it was. Maybe the NOA2 will arrive before I leave. Then all will be hand delivered!
