The embassys normally have a doctor you should go to based off of the country you are in. If you go to the State Departments website you can search the country and find the doctor or hospital. When you make your appointment you tell them what visa you are applying for. They will make sure that you are given the proper test and they will either forward these test results to the embassy or you will receive them in a special envelope sealed. You do not get to pick and choose what you think should be taking to your appointment. I hope this helps.

You just need your sealed envelope from the consulate-approved doctor.
