my mom is sponsoring me and my husband ( I'm the USC and the petitioner) and I was a little confused about question 9 in part 3 " I'm sponsoring those family members immigrating at the same time or at 6 months with the principle immigrant" should my mom put my name in this list? cuz I was confused about it since I'm a USC and I don't need to immigrate but I still need to be counted somewhere cuz my income is Zero and I needed her to be our joint sponsor. is there any place else on the form she will need to put my name in this form to be counted?

LOL...No, you're not an immigrant. Just your husband's name will go there. The other blanks are for other immigrants coming with him like children. You are not counted on your Mom's form unless you are a dependent that she claims on her taxes (if you are a dependent, she will simply add you to the household total). She's not sponsoring you...she's sponsoring your husband. She is a joint filer that is completely separate from you. Please read and download the instructions from the website I sent you. Trust me, it will answer these questions in a heartbeat and help you so much! :)

For this question, do not check the box and enter NONE in the first field of the table below. Citizens don't immigrate to their country of citizenship.
