My fiance has been working on a new venture. Since we have met in person in June, I have traveled 3 times to visit. I know we are lucky compared to those who can't and am very greatful. However, I am employed full time and do not have the vacation time to travel as frequently as i would like. We are very much in love (as many are) and really can't wait to spend more time together.

I understand visitor visas are not granted to those from high fraud countries such as Jamaica. My question is since there are legitimate reasons concerning business both here and the US, would anyone know if the US Embassay at Kingston even cares to consider granting a vistor visa with a pending I-129F? Would they even know if an I-129F is filed if it still pending?

I do feel that if granted a vistor visa this new venture would prove at the POE he has very strong ties to his country and would need to return upon expiration of this vistor visa. Of course this business is registered with the Companies Office of Jamaica, and several contracts/agreement are involved. Basically I'm not sure if my fiance would be granted a vistor visa because of the pending I-129F. Any insight would be appreciated. Forgive if my description isn't too clear, just trying to be as consise as possible.

Thank you.

Kingston looks at each case individually for the visitor visa. I have witnessed them deny people who have strong times in Jamaica. Also, just because

He has a visa does not mean he will not be turned away at POE. They ask you on visa petition any pending or previous visa petitions.

Your chances maybe very slim. The stipulations of visiting visa is to show strong ties to Jamaica and non immigrant intent. However you and your significant other are already showing immigrant intend because you are petitioning your I-129.

Thank you. This pretty much clarifies it all. It stinks that the only remedy for the moment is for me to visit. Good luck and thank you again. ?

Yes both the Embassy and CBP will "know" about the petition. Good luck is the best advice that can be given.
