Hi Guys,

My current I-130 is with the CSC with a time processing time of 13 months yet the TSC has a processing time of 5 months. How do I get my visa moved over to Texas, is this possible?

Unfortunately you won't be able to switch service centers. It seems very unfair that some service centers are much quicker than others, but each service center has their trends where some are faster at different parts of the year. If they are really backed up they may move it to a service center with much less of a backlog. We have been with VSC and have been watching people who filed much later than us get approved at CSC, but now it seems that CSC is starting to slow down and VSC is moving a little faster. You just never know. Good luck to you. I hope you don't have to wait that long.
