1. She wants to say here for the holidays and visit while waiting, chances of her being given a permission? she has a visitors visa. Mexican

2. How long from the time from interview to being able to enter in the US?

3. Will the Permanent residency card come first before entry?

4. Is it ok for her to get a medical review in the US while visiting before the interview, or will they need immunization records? Translated to english?

5. Where she lives is not a good place and they will try to steal mail, how will she receive the card? (becasue i thought they asked that a while back and we chose my house in the US)

6. Anything i need to know before this all happens?

3. no

5. comes to USA address

Once approved, the VISA PACKET is sent back to her Mexican address listed in the DS-230.

Once she has the VISA PACKET, she can enter on the CR-1 visa into the USA.

Once she enters the USA on the CR-1 visa, the green card production is ordered automatically and the green card is sent to the USA address listed in the DS-230.

I live very close to Canada. After she is done with the appointment. Rather than her just waiting around for a month...... Can her family send her the sealed "Packet" and then enter through Canada rather than through mexico?
