Ok now what after NOA2??

Ok after getting the NOA2 and case is approved.. Do i need to call NVC to see if my case is there i mean how long is it til they send it to manila embassy? ok the reason why im asking anyone here to help me because i am sending all documents to my fiancee back home to the philippines for his interview ... :help: java script:emoticon(':help:', 'smid_14')

7/17/06 RFE (Received by CSC email acknowledge)

9/11/06 Email: Receved 2nd RFE(need additional information)

9/25/06 Mail it to CSC

10/2/06 Received Email (CSC received my 2nd RFE)

12/27/06 Received a letter from USE Letter

01/28/07 Received his K1 Packet 4

03/15/07 Medical Schedule

03/22/07 Interview Schedule at the USE Manila (PASSED)

3/26/2007 Release from Embassy to Delbros

3/27/2007 Received Visa ( Thank God!!)

4/4/2007 Flying to CHICAGO

4/06/2007 Civil Wedding

5/04/2007 Sent out AOS/EAD

5/29/2007 Tansfer to CSC

6/6/2007 Biometric Schedule

6/10/2007 Touch...

7/14/2007 CHAPEL WEDDING IN VEGAS!!

7/20/2007 RECEIVED GREENCARD (GOOD FOR 2 YEARS)

APRIL 13 2009- NEED TO APPLY REMOVAL OF CONDITION

Theoretically it is on to NVC, or you could be on hold for your second NOA2! CSC seems to be doubling up their approvals of late... I suppose that is better than not doing approvals at all, like the past! :whistle:

  • February 12, 2007 Abu Dhabi Interview SUCCESS!!! February 14 Visa in hand!
  • March 6, 2007 she is here!
  • MARCH 14, 2007 WE ARE MARRIED!!!
  • May 5, 2007 Sent AOS/EAD packet
  • May 11, 2007 NOA1 AOS/EAD
  • June 7, 2007 Biometrics appointment
  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

    Remove Conditions:

  • May 1, 2009 first day to file
  • May 9, 2009 mailed I-751 to USCIS CS

Congrats! When our application was approved, after 2-3 weeks, we already have our case number. I also emailed the NVC to inquire regarding the status of my case. It would be best to email the NVC after 2 weeks so that they wil check your application then :) Good luck!

July 7,2006 = received i-129f at NSC

July 12, 2006 = NOA1

Sept 15, 2006 = touched

Sept 17, 2006 = touched

Sept 18, 2006 = Finally! we got email notification of NOA2!!! :)

Sept 23, 2006 = NOA2 in mail

Oct 11, 2006= electonic mail of my case number! thanks God!

Feb 15, 2007 = interview (approved! thanks God)

March 8, 2007 = Arrived in Portland, Oregon

May 2007 AOS application

Aug 2007 Interview date but cancelled :(

praying for approval soon

CSC is waiting 4-5 weeks to send files to NVC.My case was approved 3 weeks ago on 10/13/06 and has not been sent to NVC yet.

CSC is ran by a bunch of donkeys!
