I sent my fiancee a rabbit fur coat in case she gets cold during her trip here to America

Now I am wondering if she will have any trouble passing through customs

Can anyone advise me?

hmm..... I don't know, I wore leather shoes made from cow hide. I think clothing made from non-endangered species are no issue.

Passing through US Customs is the least of her problems. Her biggest problem is will she ever receive this fur coat?

If he sent it FedEx or UPS .... much better chance of her receiving it.

My concern is will they think the Rabbit Fur coat is made of endangered Unicorn manes or something

I've told her if it is asked to let them know the coat was sold in the USA and was sent to her from

her Fiancee

But I have no experience with POE and customs

What should I expect?

Am I worried for nothing?

Ahhh..... cool! POE (Immigrations) isn't going to care about the unicorn mane, they just want the brown envelope, the I-94 that your fiancee completed on the airplane and of course her passport with visa.

Now Customs may look closer at the unicorn mane as the unicorn is beyond being endangered....
