I am a US citizen and married my husband who was here on a F1 student visa.

I have been unemployed since graduating college almost two years ago.

We have been married 10 months now and still can not find a sponsor. I have no family and friends and he has none either being from different country.

We need to find a way where he can work legally in US so he can provide for our family.

We have all the forms already for greencard I believe and we have the funds but for the life of us we can not find an eligible sponsor. I live in an area where people make babies more than they make babies. Most don't even make enough to make requirement for a single sponsor and have children.

We need help and quick. Does anyone have any insight on how to make it through this?

**** Moving from CR- spousal visa forum to AOS from Student visa forum ****

How much longer does his F1 have to go? Is there an OPT component afterwards that could help with this? If not, he may need to go back to his country for a while until you can find a job to sponsor. Also, cast your net wider trying to find a sponsor- old highschool and college friends, neighbours, church family etc....
