I need some information that I do not have time to research I just sent in all my info for a Fiancee visa and right after I got a great job offer working overseas for 10 months. Getting her over here is the most important thing to me right now. My question is if she gets approved how long of a time frame do I have to get her over to America after the visa gets approved and are there any important meetings I may have to attend in the next 10 months ? It will be a month before I would leave and I have all the information I stored online. Its a great paying job but I'm thinking I may have to pass on the Job. Dave

The process will take 6-8 months if no delays (you can delay some sending back paperwork at the various stages if you wish), then she has 6 months to use the visa. So if you are sure the overseas work is only for 10 months, no problem.
