I emailed my Affidavit of Support and all supporting documents to the NVC, and I paid the immigrant visa application processing fee. After about 2 weeks, I got an email from NVC asking for the DS-230 part 1 and the civil documents. What about DS-230 part 2? When should I send the part 2? Should I just send it together with part 1? I'm using electronic processing. Thank you for your help!!

The partial email is as below:

Dear (NAME):

We have reviewed the documents which you submitted in support of an application for an immigrant

visa. Please review the information listed under each applicant's name and provide any documents

which are indicated as missing or need additional information. You must submit the required

information. Failure to provide the requested information will delay your immigrant visa interview.

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case.

The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United

States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application.

ya, send Part I and Part II, noticing in Part II to NOT sign there and there be blocks ya DO NOT fill out towards the bottom.

Interesting they send you a notice - if you have paid the IV fee bill, you can send off the IV set right after it's marked paid.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Send part II with part one, but DO NOT sign it! You sign part two during the interview in front of the officer.

correct,

ya, send Part I and Part II, noticing in Part II to NOT sign there and there be blocks ya DO NOT fill out towards the bottom.

Interesting they send you a notice - if you have paid the IV fee bill, you can send off the IV set right after it's marked paid.

Good Luck with the rest of your process.

Thank you all!!
