Vermont Case Status Error

I was sent my EAC number in the mail and through an email about a month ago. I searched for my status (knowing I have a long wait) but the UCIS site says that they cannot locate my number. I called about it and spoke to someone who said Vermont is having problems updating their case statuses and that everything they needed from me had been received.

Has anyone else had this problem? I don't want to wait five months only to find out that I have to start all over again.

I did the same thing and got the same response. The guy I talked to told me to email the National Customer Service Center and let them know too. At least there will be a paper trail that way. I have not heard back yet.

What email address did he tell you to email? Also, with whom did you speak? I should probably write an email as well.

I received my NOA1 that of course contained my receipt number. I have been on the USCIS web site entering my receipt number and I also keep receiving the message that my case can not be found at this time. I was getting worried. Sounds like Vermont strikes again. Oh well hurry up and wait.

I talked to Rodney and he said to send an email to NCSC-customerconnect@uscis.dhs.gov. He said to make sure you explain the problem and put in your receipt number. Still no response today, but waiting is what we do right? lol
