So will I get CR and my kids will get IR?

Do I understand correctly? I will receive a CR1 because we'll have been married less than 2 years? So that means I have to pay another $590 to remove conditions?

Will my kids get IR1? Or will they also get CR1?

I thought I had all the fees figured out and didn't think I had to do the removal of conditions but I obviously misunderstood?

We just got married October 20th.

USCIS - 40 DAYS
2012-10-30: FedEx delivered I-130 to Chicago Lockbox Mail Room

Yes there is a fee to file the I-751 Petition for removal of conditions but it is not required until 90 days prior to your 2 year anniversary or green card expiry date. I believe your kids will also get the CR1 however you only pay one group application fee of $505 as well as a $85 biometric fees for each applicant.

So in the case of 1 parent and 2 kids the cost would be $505 + (3*85) = $760.

nope. fees all the same. with exception of AOS @ NVC, but you get the family discount there, 1 fee of 88 smackers covers all the folk who are immigrating.
