AHH! I started reading more into the evidence of relationship and what to send that will REALLY be accepted with the I129F..and Im kinda getting scared. i met my fiance while I was living in turkey. So..I didnt keep my plane ticket. That was more then 2 years ago anyways so ya I dont have it. I dont have any hotel info or bus or train info cuz I either never stayed at a hotel with him and I lost the tickets for all those things..meaning I didnt think it would ever be important to me like now. The house info for where we stayed is under my moms name ..me and my older sister were there but nothing in our names like that. Ugh!

I do have:

-Passport stamps.

-Turkish residency "passport" stating I was a resident for a long amount of time.

-Pictures of our engagemnet party

-Pictures with his family ect.

-Maybe some old chats from fb or something from way back then(we were neighbors, didnt need to talk through the internet)

Will those things really be enough?

I also have for proof of relationship starting when I got back to the states a few months ago..

-skype calling logs

-chats

-rebtel calling logs

-webcam screenshot.

Anymore recommendation please!

Love you all!

:D

I would send all you mentioned and explain you didn't save those things because you didn't know you'd fall in love and later need them for a visa lol....I explained why I did not have my call logs prior to us being engaged. I did not save them and therefore had nothing to show in our early relationship. Like I said, I typed up a letter explaining that I didn't know I would later need them and neither did he. I paper-clipped it to the front of all of my chat log when I included them in the packet, so they could not miss it. You could do something similar for your lack of early proofs too.

And yes, that is enough!

Make sure you can show that you've met in the past 2 years in person- that is pretty much a requirement (see questions 18 and 19 of the 129f) with few exceptions. If your passport shows that you have seen each other in the past two years- that is, that you were there when he was, an explanation of this along with copies of your exit/entry stamps should be sufficient, but if it's been more than 2 years since you've met, you may want to make a trip there. Ultimately, they are looking for a genuine relationship, and their guidelines are built around this. Keep this in mind as you build your application. Not having seen each other for more than 2 years may raise questions in the adjudicator's mind.

It appears, then, that you've seen each other within the past two years. Be specific in your note and include passport stamps to back the fact (that you've seen each other in the past 2 years). Also, include evidence of a relationship since then (skype, emails, etc.). You don't need every bit of correspondence. My feeling after the process is to show a bit (a couple of weeks) of consistent correspondence and then another bit that occurred a couple of months later. I think if you show regular correspondence near the time you got back to the US, another period of correspondence in the middle and a bit of recent correspondence, that is sufficient to show an on-going relationship at the time of application. You will want to continue saving more recent evidence of the relationship for the interview. See this page from the forum guide: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide- I used this page as our guide. I wish you well on your visa journey!
