Check cashed on Oct 2nd, but no official Receipt Notice

I received an email from USCIS saying that my case was accepted at VSC on October 2nd, and that within 7-10 days I will receive the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with the Receipt Number by regular mail. I also checked my bank and saw that the check was cashed on Oct 2. But it has been 27 days and I still haven’t receive the official I-797 yet. I am very worry, not knowing what’s going on with my case. Can anyone tell me how long it usually takes for the office receipt notice to arrive?

Its should be no more than one month for you to receive the hard copy, if there is already a reciept number for you than try to look up ur petition online and see when they sent u the hard copy or else you can call them to ask them.

I dont know the number to vermont service center , hopefully someone who got their petition sent to Vermont can give you the number.

What is the website you use to check the status of your case? Does anyone have the VSC phone number?

I do have the EAC# from email & text but no paper confirmation yet, it's been more than a month. I called them at 1.800.375.5283. but they said that my case is not in the system. I read some of the VJ members posts here and it seems like it's a common problem - some applicants were not able to see their case status on the website until it was approved three months later.
