The age isn't an issue, but there's no direct or obvious path for an O-2 visa holder to file for an EB-1 or other petition. O-2 status is usually granted to allow her to support the main O-1 performer, not on her own merits. EB-1 petitions on the basis of extraordinary ability in the arts usually require a talented and experienced immigration lawyer to be successful, so the first step is to find one.

You're welcome. When looking for lawyers, ask for specific examples of their experience in dealing with similar EB-1 and EB-2 "exceptional ability" cases.

I would start with the lawyer who handled the original application.
