I need an advice!

when my sister applied for me I was single and the same year 2003 I get married and I change my last name. I also have 2 children.

The NVC does not have this information, so I need an advice what to do.

Should I send them documentation about marriage, changing last name and birth certificates for my husband and children, or to wait until they ask anything from me?

Google "contact the NVC" for ways to properly contact the NVC.

You can add your spouse and children now. Send in a COPY of your marriage certificate to add your husband. Send in COPIES of your children's birth certificates to add them. SEND ONLY COPIES. DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS. Include English translations for all documents.
