NOA2 APPROVED SENT TO NVC NOW WHAT?

I FEEL LIKE MY CASE HAS BEEN GOING PRETTY FAST BUT I WANTED TO KNOW SINCE ITS MY FIRST TIME DEALING WITH THIS WHAT HAPPENS NOW THAT MY CASE WENT TO NVC I FEEL STUCK WITH NO SUPPORT SINCE NOBODY IN MY FAMILY HAS GONE THROUGH THIS RECENTLY.

TIMELINE

APRIL.25.2012-SENT IN I-130

MAY.1.2012-RECEIVED AT USCIS

MAY.23.2012-RECEIVED NOA1

OCT.17.2012-WENT ONLINE I-130 WAS APPROVED

OCT.20.2012-RECEIVED HARD COPY NOA2

OCT.25.2012-RECEIVED SDO#

05/10/2012: USPS Delivery Confirmation

05/15/2012: NOA1 E-mail

Welcome, and Congrats on NOA2

Your next step will be to email DS3032 (CHOICE OF AGENT) From the Beneficiary email address here is the template.

They should have given you IIN (Invoice Identification Number) With they you will log on to the payment portal(CEAC.STATE.GOV) to see if the first fee payment has been generated once they have received and accepted your DS3032 which take more or less about 1wk. Below are some helpful links please review them so you can have a general idea of what to expect after NOA2!

Therefore NO! This will NOT apply to you. it will get sent to your lawyer. You can still call NVC and get your IIN # like that you can keep an eye out for your first fee

THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR YOUR FAST RESPONSE I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH NVC AND I ASKED FOR MY IIN AND THEY GAVE IT TO ME ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.

Now that you have got you IIN # once again go onto CEAC.STATE.GOV log on to the portal and there you will see if the AOS has been invoiced!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
