I have an approved I-797-C Petition and I am now getting my documents ready to send to my fiancee in prparation for her dealings with the embassy in the Philippines.

My question is will the embassy accept transcript versions of my income tax returns or do I need to send copies of the original returns?

Will the embassy accept a copy of my I-797-C or or should I send them the original?

Are there any other tips I should know to make the document submission process sucessful?

Thanks!

They will accept transcripts of taxes, and some consulates prefer them. Copy of I-797-C, Copy of your passport.

Look at the K-1 Guide under what to send: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1guide

Don't send the orginal NOA2. you need that when you AOS. if lost, I heard it can be a pain to replace. tax transcripts are fine. they are what i'm using for the I-134.
