I have applied for I 360 VAWA at Vermount Center in June through my attorney and received RFE in July and submitted RFE on Aug 13,2012. Checked online status still its the same.

Request for Evidence Response Review

On August 13, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

Once a timely response to the request for evidence is received by USCIS, we review the evidence or information you submitted. If you submitted the requested evidence, we continue with the adjudication of your application or petition in light of the new evidence.

Can somebody help me to find out when should I be receiving my approval. :help:

Thank you.

Right now the processing time for a VAWA petition at the Vermont Service Center is about 11 months. You may file the I-485 concurrently with the VAWA Petition which is form I-360. After the VAWA petition is approved you will be given an appointment for biometrics (fingerprints) and then an interview shortly thereafter for the Adjustment of Status to Lawful Permanent Resident at your local USCIS office.

Thank you so much for your response. As my Lawyer is not at all serious for my case. I am simply blank and just stuck not able to visit my parents. Just want to know if I can apply for I 485 now and after that can I visit my country with Parole.
