Hey everyone,

I'm a USC applying through DCF for my English husband. We will need a joint sponsor, because we will both be leaving our jobs in order to go to the United States. On the form I-864 I've got a few questions as I'm trying to do most of the legwork for my mom who will be our joint sponsor. Under part 3 #9, will I, the primary sponsor be listed as a family member immigrating as well as the principal immigrant (my husband)? This is the first question... more to come.

no,

you are not immigrating with your husband, you are a USC, no GC for you.
