I am being told we are missing or didn't submit the correct police report. We sent in: The Imprisonment Sentence Report and the Anthropometric Certificate. Both documents were translated and stamped. Can someone one tell me what we are missing from Morocco?

Thank you,

It's Morocco. It appears that we received the report from place of birth and not place of residence. We think this is the mistake. The national report was obtained but not the place of residence.

The translator stated we have the correct documents, for some reason NVC is not accepting it. I do not know why. The Casier Judiciare is issued from the person's place of birth and the police dept. where my husband resides will not issue him a Casier Judiciare. So I am not sure what we can do now. I will try and contact the Consulate and NVC today.

Is it possible to speak to a manager at NVC? If so how?

Thank you,

Update - In regards to the documents, we had everything correct in our files. It was NVC doing what it does best, screwing with people. After speaking to 3 different people at NVC I finally reached an agent that basically told me to resend a copy of the documents that were supposedly missing (NOT) and state in a letter, "These are the correct forms, please send case forward." Because NVC doesn't make a determination they only ensure that all the documents are in place. I did what she said and didn't have any more delays. My husband was approved a week after the interview and arrived in the States 3 weeks after the interview!!! We are doing awesome!!!

Congrats, we've been through that, they lost my I-130 but found it later.
