Change of Adress.

HOLA!!!!!!

We are trying to fill out the Change of Adress format (AR-11). We received our green cards recently, and we have some questions: in the first row they say "I am in the United States as a..."

Should I mark Permanent Resident because that's what the Green Card say? but in the last row they say "If not a Permanent Resident, my stay in the U.S. expires on..." Should I say that it ends on sept/2008?

Does somebody know the answers?
