Good morning vj members & friends out there....

I have a question regarding my girlfriend situation.she is going to apply green card she is already here in us.but her husband income is not enough.

1.she had joint sponsor not living their to their house what forms does her joint sponsor need to fill out???

2.how about her house does he stil fill oit the 1-864?

Yes, her husband is still her sponsor and needs to fill out a I-864 and give the supporting evidence (tax transcripts, ...).

Her co-sponsor also needs to fill out a I-864, and provide the supporting evidences as well.

8th point: "The US fiance is ALWAYS the primary sponsor, but may have a co-sponsor. If there is a co-sponsor, both the

US fiance and the co-sponsor will EACH have to fill out the affidavit I-134 or I-864 and EACH will have to provide

Guys,

How do you count the household size the joint sponsor has one kid which is already 21 yrs old living with her mom & working in the hospital and the original sponsor living with wife & dad in the same roof.how many household size shud she put?we are both confuse..

And how about the income shud the joint sponsor & original sponsor will combine the income??thank you once again
