Change of Name after AOS approved

Hi Guys,

So I just had my conditional permanent resident case approved and I received my Green Card in the mail.

Luckily, The IO could change my name to my married name in the green card and now I just have to go to court and social security to have my change of name completed. Since I am not Hyphenating, I have to fill out forms at the circuit court of my county.

A weird question came up, it sounds a little stupid but here it goes:

While I was filling all the AOS papers, I would sign my name with my maiden name in the signature, including on the green card where bellow my picture there is my tiny signature. Now that my name will be different (I am removing my maiden name and adding my husband's name) should I sign my name on the change of name applications for the court and social security with my married name? If so, my signature would have a different form from my original, consequently, different from the one on my green card? Could that be a problem?

Did anyone out there have the same doubts? Please Help!

If i am reading this, your GC came in your married name or will come as such? If that is so, with GC in hand get your social security card changed to match, when it is received (in hand) change your drivers license, bank etc. No need to go to court.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.
