They have good fares for the dates Im planning her travel and after calling customer service they allow third party credit cards to purchase tickets online with no need to show credit card when checking in on flights from the Philippines.

customs and immigration will be HNL which is good because many are Filipino and it will be plenty time for the layover. Anne had tight connection if time becomes an issue tell Officer and customer service your connection they will help. Dont risk it, scan and email copies front back of credit card and I.D.

We are using the same flight from Manila to Las Vegas for my wifes parents. They are scheduled to fly to the US on November 5th. POE is Hawaii and I was also told they dont need a copy of the credit card. We paid 630.00 oneway with Mango Tours. What did you pay? The only bad thing is the entertainment with the TV on each seat is 15.00 per person and you need a credit card to pay for it during the flight. Every airline I have used in the past didnt charge for this accept Hawaiian.

The price quote one way was $649.20. I havent booked it yet as I wanted more info before commiting. That $15 charge for entertainment is really a bummer as my fiance wont have a credit card. What a long boring flight if she cant access that. Thanks for the heads up on that. I do plan to stop by the mango tours office , as its near where I live. I cant get good prices on there website but have had good luck going into mango tours in person.

I won't ever fly HA again. I got the feeling I was being Nickle and Dimed every leg of my trip, aside from the complimentary meal(which I was expecting so much more from, considering the airlines PAST reputation) Everything from watching recent movies to music, to upgrading your meal($12 for Cesar Salad/$15 for Burgerand Fries) to what I thought was complimentary required a credit card to obtain/upgrade. It was by far the LONGEST, MOST BORING, UNSATISFYING flight I've experienced from MLA to SFO.

It's a toss up between PAL, China Air and HA for the worst airlines I've flown each for their own various reasons. As far as my top 3 choices all for various reasons as well, Japan Airlines, Cathay Pacific and United Airlines have all been consistent and you get your money's worth flying with them.

We flew Hawaiian Airlines (I always fligh Hawaiian as it flight right into Phoenix). POE is Honolulu. The counter you will want is on the far left as you enter immigrations, their is normally an Immigrations Officer standing just inside the room to direct you.

We were the only flight going through so it took about 15 minutes (we walked fast after getting off the airplane so we were near the front by the time we reached immigrations/customs.) to get through immigrations, then off to gather our luggage, go through customs and off to our gate. After you go through customs there is luggage check to the left side at the front of the room to check your luggage back in for the continued flight.

Never asked to see my credit card, but I was with my wife on the flight back.
