where is the consulate info center located in ciudad juarez? i need to run there and ask them to print the consulate invitation letter the letter they will ask for at the interview.

do i go into the consulate building? or the embassy shopping plaza where they they have the CAS building and sala de espera?

Go to the consulate. The information window is there. Tell them you just need to get the letter CDJ sends to people that is required for the fingerprinting, medical and interview because you never received yours in the mail. At least two people that I know of have posted on VJ earlier this year that they were easily able to get their letter that way.
