Hello, my fiance legally changed his last name to his fathers name 10 years ago. I just looked at our form and realized I did not list the birth name on the I-129F form. Our I-129F was approved and our interview is on the 6st. He has all his douments showing his legal name change passports with the old and the new name..Have anyone had name change issus during the interview? I know this is on a case by case basis, but any infornmation will help...

Thanks everyong!!!

She just bring all needed documents in her interview, it must be original....remember the DS-156,& 157...I'm not remember with the two form, but there is a question on there that you need to fill up....other names, surnames! you need to state the name, surname when your birth....because when she enter the interview at the embassy, they will going to bring up those 3 forms...Gudlak & Godbless
