Hi.. I have just completed my AOS for my wife. My question is for my daughter's sake. I am a US citizen and she is born in philippines. What can I do from this point to get my daughter here to the US? I mean I have already filled the I-130 for my wife and i believe I mentioned my daughter's name in there. But nothing else is coming back regarding my daughter's situation. Hopefully someone has gone thru this and can clarify further as to what steps I need to take to get my daughter to the US. She is turning 1 this Oct. 12.

thanks for the help in advance =)

you mentioned about AOS of your wife? and you mentioned again about I130?so is your wife already here in the US?

If you are already a Us citizen before your daughter was born then she is eligible to apply for Consular Report of Birth Abroad at US embassy Manila.http://manila.usembassy.gov/service/citizenship.html

try to read that link it may help you....just pm me if you have other question regarding CRBA.
