do i need to fill out my educational background? is there any background investigation from usem made for that?

please give me advice... :(

NOA1 Date: Feb. 06, 2013
Approved Date: Mar. 26, 2013
Card Production: Mar. 26, 2013
EAD / AP Received: Apr. 03, 2013

if it is asked then you should...if what you wrote are true and correct then you have nothing to worry even usem will do background check...
