Form g325a

Hi! My mom is a green card holder and is about to file I 130 for my father, her husband. In form g325a for my father, there is a box below that says aplplicant, print your name and alien registration number in box outlined below , the applicant is my mother right? Thanks!

The form g-325a has information on it the person who has their information on the form is the person who prints and signs their name. In a K-1 visa both the petitioner and beneficiary have to fill out the g-325a just double check whether both ur mother and father need to fill one out for this process. Also on ur fathers g-325a it will ask for his alien regustration number if he doesn't have one just put "none".

I understand that. Both my mother and father has to fill up g325a but on my fathers part , there is a art there at the very bottom that says applicant signature. So the applicant is my mom?

Dad signs his and mom signs hers. Just make sure if your father has never received an alien number that he writes none don't leave anything blank that could result in a RFE.And don't put N/A when None is the proper answer. I've seen a few ppl here who've gotten RFE for things like that.
