Police Clearance!!!

HI All!!!

Im A Filipina and Been In Korea For Almost 5yrs. And A Korean Holder Now. One Of The Requirement For K-1 Visa Is Police Clearance! I Have An NBI & Police clearance Before I Apply To Travel for Korea Back 2002. And Its Already expired, Do I Need To Get A New Police Or NBI Clearance Back In The Phils. Eventhough I Already Renounce My Phil. Citizenship And I Am Korean HOlder NOw? Or I can use The Expired One As My Proof Of NO RECORD From Phils? I have Already Secured A Police Clearance Here In Korea.

Advice Is HIghly Appreciated!!! Thanks To All...

02/10/2009 Cashed check NOA and 1yr extension received in the mail (Receipt date: 02/04/2009)

03/16/2009 Biometrics appointment schedule

04/21/2009 Received 10yr greencard approval notice in the mail!!!Yeyy....

07/28/2010 Application sent

07/29/2010 Your item was delivered at 10:20 AM on July 29, 2010 in LINCOLN, NE 68508 to INS EXPRESS . The item was signed for by M WILES.

08/06/2010 Cashed check

08/08/2010 NOA in the mail

08/19/2010 Biometrics received in the mail

09/10/2010 Biometrics scheduled appointment(walk-in 30 August 2010-biometrics done)

10/14/2010 Interview and Oath taking ceremony done

No yo will be required to get a fresh clearance because they are only valid for 1 year i think.

Most applicants abroad find it more expeditious to have a relative or friend in the Philippines assist them in obtaining their certificates from the NBI. The applicant may also submit a copy of a prior NBI clearance to facilitate the processing of a new clearance.

Hi.. Can I ask. Question?can I process or request a Qatar police clearance from a friend in Qatar so that I have one on my incoming interview at usem. I'm confused coz some sys that I need to wait for a embassy request some says I can get one from a friend that living innqatar just prepare all the documents needed. Thank u
