It's the Received Date on the I-797c you've 1st received in the mail when you've sent the I-129F packet to Dallas or Lewisville, TX. You'll need that date to sign up for interview appointment and I can't think of anything else.

im confused. is it NOA 1 OR NOA 2? Some say it is noa 2... and others noa 1..oh my..

NOA 1 has the priority date. The priority date is not listed on the NOA2
