As it is, I'm not sure what you're asking. You have a conditional green card but have issues with your husband and you want to do what? What does "take action" mean? Divorce?

I need help my co filipina here.. Sinu may alam na free advice sa lawyer and pwede ba ako mag file divorce kahit my green is not yet permanent I have some serious issue with mynhusband and wanted to take action before its too late.. Help me...

Please try to ask question in English, sorry. Anyways are you in the process of Adjustment of Status? When you say 'green' you meant Green Card? If you have it already then you're considered Permanent Resident for a minimum of 2 years depending on which one you've got. I'm not the best person to answer to your questions but feel free to post anyone one but in English and as clear as you can and let someone who are more knowledgeable give you a sound advice.

I'm so sorry that you're having issues with your husband.
