For US citizens that scheduled online interview for their fiancee

I am the US citizen, and I will soon be attempting to use the online system to schedule the interview appointment for my fiancee. I know that once I have the MNL case # from NVC, and once my fiancee makes the payment, (and we wait until it clears their system) I can then go online to begin this process. I've studied up pretty good on what selections to check and what information of hers I will need to complete the registration, but my question is this:

When I set up my log-in username and password at that site can I use my first & last name and my email address? Or will later attempt to use this information to automatically populate the applicant's data? [i'd like to be able to log in as me, but I know I must register for the appointment as her - and I don't want to mess up before I even get started]

Also, can I use my email address during the appointment registration even though all other information I enter will be pertaining to my fiancee? I'd like to be the one to receive the confirmation email since my fiancee has to go to a cafe for internet access.

Any insight from those that have done this on behalf of their beneficiary fiancee would be appreciated. Thanks!

You can use your email address but the rest of the information should be the benefeciary's. You will need her passport # and BPI receipt or reference # (not sure which one I've use). You'll have an option to send it to multiple emails so don't worry. Good luck!

Call NVC to receive your MNL case number. Once you get the MNL#. Your approved I-129f petition will be sent to US Embassy Manila. Start preparing the Visa Application.

You can look at my K-1 Visa Application process for Manila as a guide or reference.

At this point you should start preparing your fiancé’s Packet 3.

Download the K1/K2 Interview Preparation Instructions. Make sure to have all the requirements in the instructions. Review and go over it 3 or 4 times to make sure all is filled correct.

Now your fiancé will pay and schedule the USEM appointment.

Click on the apply button (Green Button " Apply Now ". Fill out the registration information. It is straight forward.

Click Schedule Appointment

Select Immigrant Visa

Click continue

Select K Visas ( Visa for Fiancée , Visa For Spouse )

Select K1 - Fiancé or Fiancée of U.S. Citizen

Click continue

Fill out all information

Click continue

You will receive a confirmation email of you appointment.

If your are not comfortable with the online appointment system. You can always call and set appointment via phone.

Thank you so much Tintin and Mike for the information! I'm glad to hear that the system will allow for multiple email recipients. I've read that the receipt number that the system is looking for is actually my fiancee's passport number. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I scheduled my wife's appointment, I used her name and my email. Remember the "XX" at the beginning of the passport number. I had to wait about 24 hrs before the payment showed up at USEM from BPI.
