15 days and NVC still does not have case

Hi Guys

Wow!!! I am really starting to lose it.

I waited 15 business days after getting our NOA2 ( after 11 months!!!!!!!)

They still don't have our application!!!

Does any have any experience with waiting longer than 15 busniess days?

What happens now?

How do I best chase this up? The woman at the NVC was not very helpful.

Oh yes NOA2 6/29 got to NVC 7/30. You are at 15 days you can do the NVCresearch email. But just in case I would call USCIS. My case was actually just sitting at CSC after I did the research email and NVC was "we don't have it here". They didn't say where or what to do. So I called USCIS (after Darnell instructed me).

I asked for a Tier 2 supervisor and asked when did my petition physically leave the CSC. She said "i's still here". She couldn't explain why and asked me did I want her to sens a request to have to mailed ASAP to NVC. She was typing the letter as I was on phone that was 7/29 friday it arrived next day and logged in NVC on 7/30.

Yep lost a wole dang month buut thats cool. So start calling.
