just done CFO yesterday at Manila, the requirements are simple, if the petitioner was divorced be sure to bring divorce decree and his/her birth certificate, Valid ID, Marriage Certificate from NSO, make copy each.

the counselor will not let kids inside the room because there are topics that kids must not hear, be sure to be there EARLY if you will go in CFO manila, they will only accept 17 person only in morning and another 17 in the afternoon, the seminar only takes 5 hours and another 5 minutes in ONE on ONE seminar with the counselor,.good luck..because the counselor are not friendly, they will make you confused.headbonk.gif they will also hold you if you cannot answer the question...

oh and by the way its a first come first serve basis 12 person per session, this is what my wife told me so better get there early. she did her CFGO seminar 4 weeks before her interview. I would suggest not to bring your daughter with you cause its a pretty long process.

During the time we went to CFO at SMEF-COW in Quezon City i brought along my iPad and earphone, my daughter just sit beside me and had her watch her

cartoons and play her games w/ earphones on. my CFO session last August 30 was done less than 3hrs. so now just gonna go for the sticker, no need to fire fight with the 12 slots per day :D
