h4 visa of my wife

Hi,

I had a question that my wife got rejected on f2 visa twice this year and she is going to apply for h4 visa in october as my h1b starts in october,so my question is when selecting earliest available interview date there is one option that

Have you been refused a visa twice within the last 12 months?*

what would be the answer in my case yes or no?

why dates are very less when selecting yes?

If she was refused then you would need to answer yes. If you lie she will be refused again. I would try and find out why she was refused frist and try to correct what ever problem it is she is getting refused for. Also if you answer no she can get a life time ban for lying. When she applies they will see she was denied before .

Why do you need clarification for this question? You state

Then the question you cite asks,

Have you been refused a visa twice within the last 12 months?

There can be one and only one answer... "Yes"

You do not want to be caught lying on a visa application. There are very stiff penalties including the lifetime ban mentioned in the previous post.
